ChatAssist Operator

ChatAssist™, powered by ConnectWise®, is a revolutionary new chat product that was built from the ground up by ConnectWise, to put you one click away from your clients. The ChatAssist operator client is an application to enable operators on a Mac to create new chat sessions and chat on their customer's existing tickets. The operator will log into ChatAssist with their ConnectWise login credentials to begin chatting.
